The IT Project of the Year Award 2012 process entails the following steps

  1. March 25th 2012, deadline for returning the questionnaire.
  2. April 2nd 2012, the jury will creat a short list consisting of the top 5 nominees.
  3. April 17th 2012, the candidates on the short list will be invited for interviews with the jury in the Bossche Boardroom in 's-Hertogenbosch. The jury will select the top 3 nominees.
  4. All selected parties on our short list are automatically invited to attend our IT Transformation Conference in Fort Voordorp, Groenekan, on April 23rd 2012. The top 3 nominees are expected to be present during the award ceremony and will have the opportunity to present their projects in a short elevator pitch on stage.
  5. Following the pitches, the IT Project of the Year Award 2012 will be presented right there on stage in a short, but festive ceremony.

A successful project:

-          Is customer centric

-          Has proven its business value

-          Has best practices to offer, that can and will be shared

-          Is a joint effort of business & IT

-          Has been completed in 2010 or beginning of this year

-          Has been completed within time and budget

-          Shows ambition in terms of scope, impact and budget

-          Is transformational and innovative

-          Is supported by the business owner

IT Project of the Year 2011: Case Elevator Pitches:
The jury interviewed the five final nominees. Three nominated cases will have to take the stage. They will convince the attendees of the business value of their project within 180 seconds.
